To all our friends —

It is with heavy hearts that we must let you know that our friend and business partner, Bear, passed away on Thursday, January 14, due to complications from multiple strokes. Bear lived life to the fullest and was a good man, a consummate musician, and a loyal friend. He will live on in the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing him and he will be sorely missed. We invite you to raise a glass and make a toast:
